47 products and activities that will help you get through quarantine
As we’ve all been asked to social distance, quarantine and keep our kids at home, we’ve become more than just ‘mom’. We’ve become the live-in chef, personal entertainer, and teacher. And we need all the help we can get… which is why I’m sharing a TON of my favorite things that are helping me and my family survive being in the house all day with each other.
From fitness products to self-love for mama and activities for kids, you’ll find everything you need to survive the next few months of quarantine, kids and all.
Fitness and Nutrition products
It’s more important now than ever before that we focus on our health and nutrition. We need to stay healthy, keep our minds clear and stay fit during this time. I know it’s easy to wear your sweat pants every day and eat your feelings (believe me, that’s what I’ve been doing) but we have to stick to our goals! Exercise gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy. And believe me, that goes a long way in my house…
Here are some of my favorite fitness and nutrition products that are helping me get through this period of working out from home and trying to keep a healthy routine.
1-Resistance Bands
I am obsessed with resistance bands workouts, and I really think that you can create a solid home workout routine with just resistance bands (and a pair of dumbbells). Get some resistance bands for yourself here.
2-Dumbbells
Dumbbells are a staple for home workouts, and I would suggest getting 2 sets: a heavier one for lower body and a lighter set for your upper body. Start your own home gym, get your dumbbells here.
3-Booty Bands
Booty Bands are super versatile and you will get a lot of use out of them in the gym as well. You’ll walk out of quarantine with the best booty gurrrlll! Get your booty bands here.

Having a smartwatch is a great way to keep track of how much you’re moving and encourage you to get those steps in. My Smart Watch is set to notify me every hour if I’m not moving my body and getting enough steps in. It forces me to get up and get moving, even when I don’t feel like it… Get a smartwatch like mine HERE.

11-Hair Mask
We all know a little self-love goes a long way… so why not grab a candle, a face mask, and a bubble bath and lock yourself in the bathroom. We’re on quarantine rules which means, wine any time of day and giving the kids the iPad so mama can have an hour to herself…

12-Beauty Sleep
13-Revitalize
Revitalize has been a staple in my afternoons as it really helps me curb my snack trips to the kitchen, looking for something sweet.
