I tried losing weight alone. Keto, low-carb, cutting things out — nothing worked long term. I hated seeing full-body photos and would literally hide behind my kids. The wake-up moment was realizing I was getting close to my pregnancy weight again, five years later.

Do it. You get a plan, support, and people who actually care — but you still have to show up. If you’re on the fence, I would do it again a thousand times.
