Who is this event for?
The Powerhouse Summit is designed for high-achieving women—especially those 35 and up—who are ready to take control of their health, hormones, and body without the guesswork.It’s for women who are done with extremes, tired of one-size-fits-all advice, and want science-backed strategies that fit their real life. Whether you’re a business owner, corporate leader, or full-time mom (or all three), this weekend was built for you.
When should I book my flight?
Plan to arrive in Dallas before 4:00 PM on Friday, September 19th, and depart after 4:30 PM on Sunday, September 21st.If you’re a VIP, we recommend arriving Thursday evening (September 18th) or by 8:00 AM on Friday (September 19th) to take full advantage of VIP programming.
Where is the event being held?
Check-in and Day 1 (Saturday) will take place at Canopy by Hilton Uptown Dallas.Day 2 (Sunday) will be hosted at Hidden Gym.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying at Canopy by Hilton Uptown Dallas for the best experience. Once you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive a link to access our discounted room block (limited availability).Other nearby hotels are also available if the block fills up.
What is included with my ticket—and what’s not?
Included: Access to all event programming, expert presentations, networking, lunch on event days, and a swag bag (or VIP gift bag if applicable).Not included: Flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, and additional meals outside of those provided.

- Saturday (09/20): Business casual—elevated but comfortable, ideal for learning, networking, and photos.

Yes! This event is designed to be interactive and personal. Nathalia and the Powerhouse Team will be fully present and available throughout the weekend.

Is this event just for current or past Powerhouse clients?
Nope! While many of our attendees are current or former Powerhouse Academy members, this event is open to all women who are ready to stop guessing and start seeing real results. If the messaging resonates—you belong in the room.
Will the workouts be intense or optional?
The practical day is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. You’ll move, train, and apply what you’ve learned—but this isn’t about crushing your body. It’s about learning how to train smarter. If needed, modifications are always welcome.
Will there be time to network or relax?
Yes! The schedule is intentionally designed to blend high-level content with meaningful connection time. You’ll have opportunities to network with other attendees, chat with speakers, and enjoy social moments like our rooftop happy hour and VIP sessions.
