Training Program

Starting to train again after having a baby is very exciting…but it can also be very scary! We’ve heard all the questions before: What should I do? What should I not do?

We understand, more than most, how much you want to feel like yourself again. You crave the amazing workouts you used to have before pregnancy. That’s why we’ve made this program for YOU!

Our team pushes you to work hard, but our experience with postnatal workouts will ensure you’re training in a safe way, and we’re always aware and careful of the limitations a postnatal mama might have. The Postnatal Program is designed in phases, so you’ll join in the postpartum phase you’re currently in, ensuring that your body’s changes will be taken into consideration at all times!

You’ll get a tailored postnatal fitness program (weights and cardio) that is fully adjusted to your ability levels and that keeps your goals in mind—because our goal is to make you feel like a bada$$ mama day in and day out! Each exercise in the fitness program comes with detailed instructional videos, and you’ll also have access to me and my team for answers to all your questions.

Nutritional Guidance & Macro Plan

Life is busy, especially with a little one (or many of them). We’ve all been there, so we totally understand that sticking to a perfectly written meal plan doesn’t actually work! That’s why, thanks to our nutritional guidance, you’ll not only learn how to create healthy eating habits, but also how to adapt them to your lifestyle. We won’t tell you what to eat and when to eat it, nor will we tell you to have six meals a day if your life doesn’t allow you to.

A nutrition plan has to adapt to your lifestyle, not the other way around.

You will be given a nutrition guide and a personalized macro plan tailored to your lifestyle, giving you the flexibility to eat what you like when you want. You will never be told to eat something you don’t like, because that isn’t really…ehh…realistic!

And don’t worry: we won’t create a plan for you and then leave you hanging! Our team will be here for you to offer all the tools and strategies you’ll need to make your new nutrition plan work for you. Grab a cuppa with us, and we’ll even do all the work to log your numbers for your monthly tracking!

I approached Nathalia about designing a home workout about 6 months after I had my little girl.  I had been a regular gym goer up until about 35 weeks pregnant. I approached Nathalia as she was a new mum like myself and I was encouraged by her journey. I wanted something to help resume some fitness and lose some baby weight.

Nathalia was very thorough with her initial questionnaire and finding out about my capabilities.  I really enjoyed getting back into a workout routine and was pleasantly surprised at how much I could do and enjoyed doing it from home. 

It took me a while to build up my strength but she had shown me a few variations of exercises so that as my fitness returned I could do more. I did lose about 16lb in 6 weeks but the biggest boost I think I got from the workouts was for my confidence back and felt much fitter physically and mentally. I would happily recommend Nathalia, she is a mum herself and understands the time and baby pressures.  She checked in with me regularly but didn’t put any undue pressure on me and was really encouraging. Now I’m back at work but still use the workouts, in the gym when I can though have the flexibility to adapt to the house.
