I've spent 27 years in the fitness space—16 of them coaching women just like you—and holds a Lifestyle & Wellness certification from Harvard Medical School. I've helped over 5,000 women cut through the noise and finally feel confident in their bodies again. She’s been featured in Cosmopolitan, Shape, Muscle & Fitness, and has spoken on stages in over 30 countries, including top law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
But titles aside, my real mission is simple: to give busy, high-performing women the clear, science-backed path to fat loss, strength, and longevity—without the BS.
