THE PHASES

PHASE 1: BUILD A BADA$$ MOMMA

You might feel 100% ready to get back to training…but not so fast! We’re on a mission to create lasting change, and this is just the first step on your journey. In Phase 1, we’re going to safely and effectively build your endurance and stamina, slowly getting you back into those cardio and strength training sessions you crave! You’ll get comfortable with a routine again while rebuilding your proper exercise form, laying the foundations for the new bada$$ YOU!

PHASE 2: WOMAN UP!

At this stage, you’ll fall in love with your body even more! Whether you started at Phase 1 or you’re just hopping onboard, this phase is designed to help you get your mojo back. We’ll work on your form, and on slowly and effectively increasing the intensity of your workouts. And with the new routine, you’ll see a surge of strength and confidence in your own body, and in your ability to juggle your busy life and achieve your goals.

PHASE 3: HELLO, SEXY!

If you had a baby 6 months ago or more, you’ll start here, joining force with the ladies of previous phases to build your foundation on your lifts. Like the other phases, Phase 3 treads carefully with your postnatal training, but this is where the magic starts happening! We’ll give you a more structured routine that focuses on specific areas of your body, and each session will help you reconnect with yourself, building a happier and healthier you!

PHASE 4: FIT AND FIERY

By the time you reach Phase 4, you’ll be on fire—like a woman on a mission type of fire! Here’s where that muscle definition will start to kick in, the sexy “I’m a hot mama” type of definition we love to have on our legs and booty! At this point, your clothes will fit like a glove. Phase 4 is where we start working with a stricter routine, but you’ll still have plenty of time for family and friends!

PHASE 5: CHERRY ON THE CAKE

At last, we’ve reached the cherry on the cake (don’t worry… the cake is low calorie!). Here’s where you’ll see that strong foundation you crave, and when you look in the mirror, you’ll see that you’ve gained muscles and lost body fat in all the right places. And at this point, you’ll have earned the right to feel very proud of yourself, not just for how far you’ve come physically, but because you’ve done it all while managing your very full life!
